Bush and Cheney should be impeached for war crimes - and the war crimes are just for starters. Philadelphia, the United States, and the world can't wait until their term is up. Their criminal policies have wreaked havoc abroad and contribute to neglect and suffering at home; unprotected harbors, collapsing bridges, people without health care insurance... and that's just for starters. ( I refuse to call the United States "America"  or the "homeland" because it is only one of the Americas and many of us who live in the United States have other countries that are our "homelands" as well.
